Topstitch was recommended to me , and I will be recommending to others now … highly. I needed a leather mid-console fix on my 2017 Lexus , and Joe completed this by replacing the entire console with impressive craftsmanship to say the least !! His prices are extremely reasonable … I would have paid more for his expertise and still believed it was worth every dollar !! Thank you Joe ! Respectfully ~ Frank Muraca

I can only heap praise on Top Stitch Upholstery. I brought my 12 year old GLK to repair the leather seating area on the driver's side. The center seam was separated going across the full width of the seat completely exposing the padding material underneath. They replaced the leather insert matching the black 12 year old upholstery perfectly. The heated seat function as well as the other technolgy in the seat all works as designed. The repair job is flawless. It was completed in less than a day and the appointment was convenient to my schedule. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them. Joe the owner was informative, patient and the invoice was the same as the quote. How refreshing to have auto repair work cost the same as the quote. Thanks.

5/07/2024 - 9/18/2024 + not yet resolved I am a member of the non for profit organization Advanced Strategies Adventures. We help people with disabilities enjoy the great outdoors. Our boat was dropped off on 5/07/2024 and payed the required deposit. We were assured that the work on the boat would be finished within 30 days. Top stitch upholstery removed all of the items that needed work done on them. Around 30 days we went to check on the progress only to find that no further work had been done. We were then informed that work was being done. Again we checked to see the progress and no work had still been done. We stressed to top stitch upholstery that we need the boat by June 25th for a children’s event. Again we were disappointed and no work was done. As of 9/18/2024 no further work from their original removal of items have been done. If I could rate the company a zero I would. Don’t take anything there unless you never want to see it again! 11/15/2024 thank you very much for your response. We look forward to getting our boat back shortly. We hope that there are no further delays. 12/24/2024 Hope everyone out there is having a great holiday season. It would be a great gift to g

Place was TOP NOTCH!!! They reupholstered 3 of my antique barber chairs from the early 1900’s (not an easy task). Not only was the price reasonable but the quality was great. I’ve already referred several friends and family for their upholstery needs. I’ll be back soon!!!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Brought my car in to have a sagging headliner replaced. The car was done quickly. When I went to pick up the car, the headliner was starting to sag again. They said it must have been the material and would order new. Brought the car home and after a rainstorm, found out that the molding wasn't reinstalled properly and had a puddle on the floor. Fixed that myself. After a week, they said they received the material but it was wrong. Ordered again and one week later same story. They said they would order from another company. One week later, that company shipped the wrong material. At that point I asked for a refund and they did give it to me with no struggle. On the positive side, the staff were nice to deal with.
